Exploring Insights: The Mobility Pioneers Forum by Wunder Mobility & Allianz Partners in London
An engaging finale to the Mobility Pioneers Forum series, bringing together experts to discuss the future of shared mobility amidst regulatory challenges, technological innovations, and market competition.
The final event of the first half of 2024, the Mobility Pioneers Forum co-created and co-hosted by Wunder Mobility and Allianz Partners, took place at the London Edition Hotel in central London. This event marked the third installment in our series, following the success of our previous gatherings.
We were still ecstatic about the fantastic event in Amsterdam held just a week prior, and the energy carried through to London. The London event was filled with vibrant engagement from attendees across the car-sharing, eBike, kick scooter, and other segments of the shared mobility industry. Our discussions focused on the panel titled "Shared Mobility in 2024 and Beyond: Succeeding amidst Kick-scooter Bans, eBike Boom, EV Complexity, and Tender Battles."
As the shared mobility landscape is undergoing a rapid transformation, our expert panel delved into the critical trends shaping the industry. We explored the rise of eBikes, the complexities of EV integration, regulatory challenges, and the fierce competition in tender processes allowing our panelist and attendees to share valuable insights into the hurdles of regulation, profitability, and technological innovation, from an industry perspective. Together, we charted a path towards a thriving and sustainable shared mobility future with high user adoption.
This final installment was hosted by Jana Neumann, Chief Operating Officer at Wunder Mobility, and Michael Maicher, Global Partner & Director at Allianz Partners, the event also featured an insightful keynote on "The Future of Shared Mobility: Embracing Collaborative Ecosystems and User Adoption in the MaaS Landscape." held by Bibi Jorissen, Co-Founder at uMob. The keynote set the stage for the lively and exciting panel discussion that followed.
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us and contributed to the engaging discussions. Your participation and insights are what make these events truly special. As we wrap up the first half of 2024, we look forward to continuing these important conversations and driving the future of mobility forward.
Stay tuned for more events and updates as we prepare for the second half of the year. Until next time, let’s keep shaping the future of shared mobility together!
