Our Journey

'14-15

Ride-hailing Pioneer

At the end of 2013, Gunnar left Airbnb where he had been a part of the original team to launch the first ride-hailing in Germany, called WunderCar, in Hamburg and Berlin!

Carpooling

After countless market tests, tweaks and late-night strategy sessions, WunderCar's product evolved into carpooling in emerging markets. Wunder Carpool was a break-out success in Manila, and later expanded to Delhi and Rio de Janeiro.

Tech Platform

Because We Share. Our mantra, established in 2018, reflects our core belief that driving the future of shared mobility is a team effort.

By the end of 2019, we had expanded our portfolio from three to seven products in two short years and fulfilled a dream of entering the hardware market with Wunder Vehicles.

Aquisition of
goUrban

In a strategic move to drive innovation and expand its market reach, Wunder Mobility acquired its competitor, goUrban. This merger brings together two industry leaders, creating a powerful force in the shared mobility sector.

Most of the journey is still ahead of us.
